Got high hope for this place but was abit disappointed. Great space with great parking lot. The place looks nice, spacious and well decor. Went in, the front person was with a customer but saw us and picked up 3 menu and gave it to a waitress and the waitress took the menu and walked to the kitchen with the menu. Upon done with the customer ordered to go and answered order for picked up on the phone. She took us to the table. Menu looks great and quite yummy with pictures. The waiter got us water and stand there waiting for us to order which makes it abit uncomfortable…Got 4 dishes for 3 of us since we wanted to try all. We skipped pho since it’s hot & sunny outside, easy ordered and not bad of turn around. The foods look great with good portion, tasty, well seasoned. The only thing I was puzzled was bò kho was more of rib style than just meats and tendons..quite interesting plus no salt& pepper for dipping & lemon. Since we seat in the corner on the other side of the room, our waiter doesn’t come to check on us, our water was gone so we just walked up to the bar and refilled it self service. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warm hospitality. The staff was attentive and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. We ordered four dishes, and every one of them was beautifully presented, generously portioned, and absolutely delicious. * Pho: Loaded with tender beef. The broth has a Northern-style flavor, while the fresh herbs served on the side give it the best of both Northern and Southern pho. It’s a bowl that can satisfy almost anyone. * Beef Stew: Rich, well-balanced, and comforting. The beef ribs were perfectly tender without falling apart. * Chicken with Sticky Rice: A must-try! The fish sauce was incredibly flavorful, and both the chicken and sticky rice came in very generous portions for the price. * Crab Egg Rolls: Truly a work of culinary art. Crispy, flaky, and filled with real crab meat that you can actually taste. The cocktail menu is another big plus, making this a great place to meet up with friends for dinner and drinks. We’ll definitely be back!

We have Bun Cha Ha Noi & Bun Bo Xao— really good! The grilled pork is tender and tasty, stir fry beef mixed perfectly with vegetables, bean sprouts and noodles. Great food and good value, friendly and great service. Love this place ❤️

I tried Pho Ha Noi during their soft opening and had a good experience overall. The space is very spacious and comfortable, which makes it easy to relax and enjoy your meal. We chose to sit at the bar to avoid the wait, and that worked out perfectly. There’s plenty of parking, which is always a plus. The food was good and satisfying, especially for a soft opening, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. Solid first impression - definitely a place I’d come back to as they continue to fine-tune things.

My husband found this place and wanted to try it. They originally started up north, and this is their first location in SoCal. We came about an hour after they opened, and there was already a wait since they still have the “Grand Opening” sign up. We waited about 10 minutes for a table, which I didn’t mind. However, after being seated, we waited another 10 minutes before anyone took our order. I understand they were slammed, but a little acknowledgment would have been appreciated. My husband ordered the sautéed beef flap meat, and I got the pho with flap meat, brisket, and beef shank. I specifically asked the server if the brisket was fatty brisket (gau), and she said yes. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. It was more like well done brisket with just a tiny strip of fat. What my sister and I jokingly call “fake gau.” They advertise that their broth is cooked for 24 hours. While it was very clear, it didn’t have that rich, deep “beefy” flavor I was expecting. Also, our pho wasn’t very hot when it arrived, which was disappointing. My husband said the sautéed meat was very tender, but the portions were stingy, especially the noodles. I really dislike when that happens. I still had plenty of
